Do I need a PayPal account in order to check out?
Answer:
No! You do NOT need a PayPal account to check out, as long as you pay with a credit card.
- Question:
Can I pay with an eCheck?
Answer:
Yes! But, please note that your "instant downloads" won't be available instantaneously.
You'll have to wait until the payment clears. eChecks usually take between 3 to 5 business days to clear.
- Question:
Why does this site keep asking me to Sign In?
Answer:
This site uses cookies to maintain a session ID. If your browser
does not support cookies, or if you have cookies disabled, then the session
information can not be maintained and you will not be able to sign-in. Certain areas
of the site require sign-in to access, so you will need to enable cookies
before you can enjoy those parts of this website.

Can I order a finished product?
Answer:
CraftyDeb.com only sells PDF downloads of patterns. You have to make each project
yourself. However, I do make several prototypes of each design in order to check the
pattern for mistakes before putting it for sale online. I may occassionally offer these
prototypes for sale through eBay or Etsy.

Help! I forgot my password! What can I do?
Answer:
No problem - when you click the
Sign-In Button,
look for the Forgot Password link.
All you need to remember is the email you used to register your account,
and you will be able to reset your password.

Help! I forgot my email! What do I do?
Answer:
The email you use to register your account is the ONLY thing used to identify you.
If you forget that, there's nothing I can do for you. Please use an email that you will
remember. CraftyDeb does not share customer email addresses with anyone - ever,
so there's no need to create a temporary one just to avoid spam. If you do so anyway,
please write it down and keep it in a safe place.

I just bought a pattern PDF, but I can't download it / view it / print it.
Can I please get my money back?
Answer:
Sorry - all sales are final! Before you buy anything, please look in the
Free area. There are
free patterns there. Use these to test your ability to
download/view/print my PDFs. If you have some kind of technical difficulty,
please get it resolved before actually making a purchase. All patterns are in
PDF format and can be viewed and printed using Acrobat Reader.
- Question:
I think I found a typo in one of the patterns what should I do?
Answer:
The patterns here on CraftyDeb have all been tested several times before being offered for sale online.
Every effort has been made to avoid mistakes. But if you do find an error, please use
the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to send an email. If I agree that there's
a mistake in one of my patterns, I'll correct it and post an updated version as soon as possible.
Once a pattern is updated, everyone who has ever purchased that pattern may download the updated pattern free of charge.
- Question:
What is a "combo", "base", or "upgrade"?
Answer:
Some patterns on CraftyDeb.com are sold as upgradable. When you purchase a base pattern you can purchase upgrades to finish the look to create a wide variety of creations. A base is just that - the base pattern. It is the basic shape needed to create the body. The upgrades are the patterns used to create the different looks such as a pirate, zombie or bear. A combo is the base plus an upgrade bundled together at a discount. The discount is like buying the base at full price and getting the upgrade at half price. When you purchase a combo, you will already have the base for future upgrades when they are made available!
Combos can also be seen on CraftyDeb.com for sets of three similar patterns such as the Critter Collection. Those patterns are also bundled together at a discounted price: it's like buying two at full price and getting the third at half price.
